  6. Summary:
  7.    A program that does an INT 21H function 67H to increase the
  8. per process file handle count and which then uses one of the exec
  9. family of functions (including spawn with P_OVERLAY), may hang later
  10. in the program because of memory corruption.
  11.    Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Version 5.10
  12. of the C compiler.
  13.    Microsoft is researching this problem and will post new information
  14. as it becomes available.
